O Rio de Janeiro é de novo manchete em todo o Mundo, não pelo narcotráfico que aparentemente deu um tempo nas favelas da capital carioca, mas sim pela mão pesada da Mãe Natureza que parece castigar os homens pelos maus tratos com o Meio Ambiente.
O que vemos na TV e lemos nos jornais é algo muito chocante e que nos deixa muito tristes, não só pelas vidas perdidas, o que seria motivo suficiente, mas também pelo rastro de destruição que ficou por toda a região serrana do Rio.
Chegamos ao absurdo numero de 600 mortes em uma semana de chuva, algo que impressiona pela forma que ocorreu.
Os fatos e os relatos vão produzindo vitimas, construindo a imagem de heróis e guerreiros que diante de tanta tristeza e dor não tem tempo para lamentar as perdas, pois a hora é lutar.
Lutar contra o sentimento de perda dos entes queridos ou dar inicio a reconstrução de suas vidas, partindo do nada, já que tudo se foi com as chuvas de verão.
O fato não é novo, mas como prevenir este tipo de catástrofe?
